VILLAGERS came together to raise funds for the crisis in Nepal by holding a coffee morning.
An event was held at Gerrards Cross Methodist Church on Saturday, May 30 following the earthquakes which have devastated Nepal.
Funds went to the Anandaban Hospital in the country, which was suffered severe damage during the crisis.
Organiser Ken Walker said: “I usually get a good response from the public at large for my annual coffee mornings but this year I had overwhelming support, and much to my amazement, the total raised came to the magnificent sum of £1,111.
