Academy’s ‘outstanding’ work
Sarah English A SCHOOL has been rated as having ‘outstanding’ leadership in a recent Ofsted report.
Denham Green E-Act Primary Academy, Nightingale Way, was also rated as ‘good’ with a ‘high quality’ level of teaching.
Principal Sarah English said: “The school has worked tremendously hard to bring about a
tPi series of positive changes over the last couple of years. It’s great to see these changes being recognised by Ofsted and reflected in our SATs results.
“The pupils should also be very proud of the way they conduct themselves and the work they have done.”
Chair of governors Roger Reed added: “The
( i ht) academy is going from strength to strength. The Ofsted report confirms that we are making excellent progress, and follows last year’s SATs results where 75 per cent of pupils achieved a Level 4 or higher in both English and maths.
“The academy is a great asset and source of immense pride for the local community.”
