Club’s pearly queens put on a great show
FLOWER enthusiasts had a blooming good time at a club’s annual charity show. Ley Hill Flower Club held its annual three day floral exhibition at Ley Hill Memorial Hall on Friday, June 5 to Sunday, June 7.
The exhibition was called Pearlescence to tie in with the club’s 30th, or pearl, anniversary.
Members created floral displays using this theme or previous themes from the last three decades.
Guests also enjoyed homemade refreshments at the event.
A donation from the event will be given to Scannappeal, which is the club’s chosen charity for the year.
