Get ready to rock the week­end away at PennFest

HAVE you got your tick­ets for the Bucks fes­ti­val of the sum­mer? PennFest will fea­ture a va­ri­ety of live mu­sic from Fri­day, July 17 un­til Sun­day, July 19 as well as plenty of other at­trac­tions for the whole fam­ily.

The an­nual mu­sic fes­ti­val is just a few weeks away so here is the low­down on some of the bands you can look for­ward to see­ing at the much-an­tic­i­pated event

Fri­day July 17, on the main stage:

Jilted Gen­er­a­tion – The Prodigy trib­ute band

Noa­sis – Noa­sis is the de­fin­i­tive trib­ute band to Manch­ester’s five piece su­per group Oa­sis. They aim to be Oa­sis from a par­al­lel uni­verse.

Old Skool Ware­house

Ratpack, Slip­matt, 2 Bad Mice and Jon Paul

And on the sec­ond stage:

The Fratel­lis – The rock band from Glas­gow. Top 10 hit sin­gles Chelsea Dag­ger and Whis­tle For The Choir.

The Hoosiers – The Berk­shire pop rock band with the suc­cess­ful Wor­ried About Ray and The Trick To Life songs

Stereo MCs – A hip hop act that emerged from Bri­tain in 1985

Dread­zone – Cel­e­brat­ing their 20th an­niver­sary – lift­ing the crowd with tracks from their al­bum Es­capades
