The destruction of our wild flowers
I ATTACH two photos, before and after the vigorous and frequent grass cutting by Bucks County Council.
Because of a few people in our road demanding a weed-free verge, the rest of the village has to put up with the total destruction of anything living – none of the 53 species of wildflowers covered in bees, beetles, butterflies and foraging birds are left.
How sad is that! KAROLINE LAMB
