I AT­TACH two photos, be­fore and af­ter the vig­or­ous and fre­quent grass cut­ting by Bucks County Coun­cil.

Be­cause of a few peo­ple in our road de­mand­ing a weed-free verge, the rest of the vil­lage has to put up with the to­tal de­struc­tion of any­thing liv­ing – none of the 53 species of wild­flow­ers cov­ered in bees, bee­tles, but­ter­flies and for­ag­ing birds are left.
