Stags celebrate ‘greatest day’ as face of campaign
Cheerleaders add some glitz and glamour to rugby club
CHEERLEADERS, filming, a hog roast and beer formed one of the ‘greatest days’ in Chesham Rugby Club’s history.
A film crew was at the club to make a video about the Chesham Stags involvement in JC Decaux’s nationwide billboard campaign.
The crew interviewed the players that have featured in the national electronic billboard campaign, featuring Chesham Stags as the face of grass roots rugby.

Players from the Bucks rugby club can be spotted in posters across the UK as part of the campaign.
The club is helping to promote rugby in the lead up Cup.

the World said: how are, people have been spotting them everywhere. It is impressive.
“The players have loved it – who would not want to see their face 40ft high in Heathrow Airport?”
The chairman believes the Chesham club was chosen to be the face of grass roots rugby as it is a club with players from all walks of life and it includes a ladies rugby team and a junior rugby team.
Jessica Zoo, manager of the cheerleaders, Zoo Fever, said: “We absolutely loved cheering for the Chesham Stage.
“Such a great day for team, supporters and coaches.
“It was great to be a part of it even for one day. They have such a wonderful sports family. Chesham is lucky to have them.”
