A new guide to health ser­vices in Buck­ing­hamshire will be drop­ping through peo­ple’s let­ter­boxes over the com­ing weeks, pro­vid­ing all the in­for­ma­tion they need to iden­tify the best op­tions for the healthcare needs of them­selves and their loved ones.

The new Health Help Now leaflet, pro­duced by NHS Ayles­bury Vale and NHS Chiltern Clin­i­cal Com­mis­sion­ing Groups, will ex­plain each of the var­i­ous choices avail­able and give guid­ance on when to use them.

The sim­ple, easy to use guide is be­ing de­liv­ered through the doors of homes from this week.

It is de­signed to be kept by house­holds for fu­ture ref­er­ence.

Peo­ple can also re­ceive ad­vice about the right healthcare op­tions to choose with the new Health Help Now web ser­vice, avail­able on mo­bile phone, tablet, lap­top or desk­top com­put­ers at www. health­help­now-nhs.net.
