Edda gives talk about near fatal heart attack
A WOMAN who left Hamburg for Gerrards Cross 15 years ago will be giving a talk called ‘When Time Stood Still’, describing a near fatal cardiac arrest she suffered last year.
Edda and Christoph Lindner, who have been married for 21 years and have a background in teaching, became British citizens having moved to Bucks in 2000.
They both took up jobs at St James Church, Oxford Road, but in October last year they were leading a conference at the church when Edda suffered a sudden cardiac arrest.
The couple will be talking about what happened at the Saint James Centre on Thursday, September 24 at 9.30am, with crèche available, and at Wildwood restaurant, West Common, on Sunday, September 27 at 10.15am. Admission is free. Contact 01753 883 311 for more information.
