Caleb Cochran (Burhill) came second with 138, which was matched by Sebastian Tannum Donaldson (Bucks) in third and Rachel Goodwin (Harleyford).
The individual scratch prizes were won by Cahill in the morning with 71 gross and Callum Kirby (Stoke Park) in the afternoon with 72 gross, while the handicap honours were taken by Fraser McDonald (Sonning) in the morning with 67 nett and Tom Oliver (Castle Royal) in the afternoon with 66 nett.
