Society prepares for autumn exhibition
THE Autumn Exhibition of the Bucks Art Society (BAS) at the Queens Park Centre in Aylesbury will take place this y year between October 20 and November 3. The Opening Preview will be held from 6.30pm on Tuesday October 20, with the Young Artist’s Award (YAA) presentation at 7pm.
The YAA is a
county wide initiative supported by BAS to promote art in schools and this year’s presentation will awarded by Cav. Romeo di Giro Girolamo.

Prospective new m members are asked to u undergo a selection p process, which is held tw twice a year.
Among the members Works by Amanda Curbishley will be among those exhibited at the Bucks Arts Society’s autumn exhibition of the society there are portrait painters, oil and acrylic painters, water-colourists, pastels painters, textile painters, ceramicists, glass artists, sculptures and printmakers.
Honorary members of the BAS include some of Buckinghamshire’s leading artists such as Paul Millichip, Brian Bennett, and Clarissa Galliano.
