T IS just over a year since Potter and Ford changed ownership and the firm has been going from strength to strength, says director Robert Lees. “We have received a very positive response to our change of profile, office upgrades with new bright LED window display, modern contemporary meet-and-greet area and have now nearly fully refurbished all our office spaces and meeting room above the 112 High Street office and 110 High Street.
“All departments are thriving in this buoyant property market and Chesham itself is improving week by week with great new businesses and local support,” explained Robert.
“We still are striving to improve our service and new marketing techniques are constantly being experimented with to maximise the interest we can obtain for residential and commercial properties to sell or let.We have always prided ourselves on a personal and honest approach to all property matters and this has not been compromised by the recent changes.
“The former owner Rod Hayden is still working for the company running our commercial department, he is a fountain of knowledge in all property matters.
“Our team are very experienced but not averse to learning new skills and adapting to the ever changing world around us, embracing social media and certainly realising the importance of good quality photography, property brochures and a vibrant window display.
“We have used our resources to support many local events this year, more than ever before! School fetes and summer fairs, Fairtrade in Chesham, Buryfields festival, Chesham United FC, Chesham Rugby Club, Christmas in Chesham, Cards for Good Causes, Ley Fest,Toy bank and more.
“We ask in return that local people think of us when arranging a market appraisal when selling or letting a property of any variety so we can explain why a truly local independent estate agent is the best option to assist you.”
