Man is left with bro­ken leg af­ter at­tack by gang of 10

A GANG of 10 men fol­lowed their vic­tim down an al­ley be­fore beat­ing him up and break­ing his leg, po­lice say.

Thames Val­ley Po­lice is ap­peal­ing for wit­nesses af­ter a 34-year-old man was as­saulted in Reed­ham Road, Burn­ham.

At about 12.15am on Satur­day, Oc­to­ber 17, the vic­tim was at­tacked by 10 men.

The at­tack­ers fol­lowed the vic­tim down an al­ley at the side of Costa Cof­fee in Reed­ham Road.

The of­fend­ers sur­rounded the vic­tim and then as­saulted him, caus­ing in­juries to his legs.

The vic­tim was taken to Wex­ham Park Hospi­tal to be treated, where he re­mained for sev­eral days af­ter the at­tack.

Po­lice have de­scrip­tions of four of the of­fend­ers.

The first is a white man, stocky, 5ft 6ins, with short cropped brown hair.

The sec­ond is a white man, in his late 20s to early 30s, slim, with gin­ger or straw­berry blond hair, wear­ing a cream or beige jumper.

The third is a white man, ap­prox­i­mately 25 to 30 years old, 5ft 7ins to 5ft 8ins, slim to medium build, pale com­plex­ion, thin fa­cial fea­tures, with fair hair, wear­ing a grey or cream jumper.

The fourth of­fender is mixed race male, wear­ing red trousers.

In­ves­ti­gat­ing Of­fi­cer Det Con Jemma Tam­plin of Force CID, based at Ayles­bury po­lice sta­tion, said: “This was an as­sault in which a man has re­ceived a bro­ken leg, as well as cuts and bruises.

“We would like any­one with in­for­ma­tion about this in­ci­dent is to con­tact Thames Val­ley Po­lice on 101.”
