Sup­port won’t be for­got­ten

A NOV­EL­IST has launched her sec­ond book, a thriller, along with a singing hair­dresser.

Writer and clin­i­cal psy­chol­o­gist, Luana Lewis, hosted a launch party for her novel ‘Forget Me Not’ in The Metro Lounge in Amer­sham on Wed­nes­day, Novem­ber 11.

Chair­man of Chiltern Dis­trict Coun­cil, Mimi Harker, made a speech telling the 50 guests how im­por­tant it is when com­mu­ni­ties sup­port lo­cal tal­ent.

Dr Lewis said: “I loved it, I had such fun. I felt so lucky to be part of this sup­port­ive com­mu­nity.”

This book fol­lows Luana’s first novel, ‘Don’t Stand So Close’, both have been pub­lished by Pen­guin Ran­dom House pub­lish­ers.

Forget Me Not is a psy­cho­log­i­cal sus­pense about a fam­ily’s dark se­cret. The hair­dresser, Bren­dan O’Sul­li­van, sang a se­ries of hits in­clud­ing Frank Si­na­tra and Bobby Darin at the event.
