The Ger­rards Cross branch of the Royal Bri­tish Le­gion is hold­ing a con­cert on Fri­day, De­cem­ber 4 in or­der to com­mem­o­rate the 70th an­niver­sary of vic­tory in Europe and Ja­pan in 1945.

The RAF Squadri­on­aires, one of the top mil­i­tary bands in the UK, will be per­form­ing at the event.

The group is made up of mu­si­cal tal­ent from among the ranks of serv­ing air­men and women, and will play a host of well known and new big band mu­sic.

The con­cert will take place at the Col­ston Hall at the Ger­rards Cross Me­mo­rial Hall and will start at 7.30pm.

Tick­ets will be priced at £15 each and are avail­able by call­ing ei­ther 01753 890690 or 07803 241870 or on the door.

All pro­ceeds from the event will go to the Poppy Ap­peal and the con­cert is be­ing sup­ported by the Frost Part­ner­ship in Ger­rards Cross.
