Not a play for the prudish

The tale of three enterprising cleaners facing redundancy is coming to the stage in Tring

Buckinghamshire Advertiser - - ON STAGE -

HILARIOUS comedy is coming to the Court Theatre in Tring in December.

Dirty Dusting is a side-splitting play written by Ed Waugh and Trevor Wood.

It was originally set in the

ANorth East in the early years of this century, but has been lightly modified to bring it up to date, and set somewhere in Hertfordshire.

Rob Farrow has directed the play and his cast includes Regina Dobbs, Jenny Booth, Lindsay Stafford-Smith and Mike Code.

If you like your plays deep, complicated and thought-provoking – then this isn’t the play for you!

Alternatively, if you just want a good laugh at the very unsubtle antics of three old ladies behaving badly – then it will be right up your street. When ageing cleaning ladies Elise, Gladys and Olive are threatened with redundancy by their odious young manager, Dave, they hit on the idea of making some quick money by running a sex line from the company offices.
