Tree sale at hospice
A HOSPICE will be selling high quality Nordmann Fir, non-drop, Christmas trees for the first time this month.
A great selection of tree sizes and festive door garlands went on sale at the Hospice of St Francis on December 4. Prices start at £30 and profits will go to The Hospice of St Francis to fund its vital care this Christmas.
The great value trees will be available at The Hospice of St Francis, in Spring Garden Lane, off Shootersway, Berkhamsted, every day from 9am to 6pm excluding Sunday, December 6 when sales will end at noon.
Car parking is available in the hospice’s grounds and there will be the opportunity to have a look around the gardens and see the Christmas Tree of Remembrance, which will be lit up at night throughout the season.
Director of trading at the hospice David Brodala said: “We’re thrilled to be selling Christmas trees for the first time, which is a great opportunity for both the Hospice and the local community. Our top quality Christmas firs will bring festive life to homes and businesses in the area while also funding hospice care this Christmas time.
“These are the only Christmas trees available locally where all the profits go to a charity this Christmas.”
