Legal eagles hand out prizes during annual Christmas competition
They presented awards to the winners of this year’s annual Christmas card competition.
Competition bosses had 181 entries, from Thorpe House School, Maltman’s Green School, St Mary’s School and Gerrards Cross CofE School, to chose from.
Partner Simon Dodd presented awards to the winning girls from St Mary’s Prep School.
Youngster Poppy won the overall competition to turn on the lights at the Christmas festival. Her card was made into the firm’s Christmas card. The other winners were Diya, Mahima and Ava.
On collecting his prize, overall winner Thomas Broom, at Gerrards Cross CofE School, said: “I never win anything. I have entered this every year and now I have won.”
At Maltman’s Green, David Jordan, partner, presented the prizes to the winning girls.
First prize was won by Jessie Frost, whose design was made into a large canvas.
Trixie Ford and Hollie Powers, runners up, received book vouchers.
Thorpe House winning designs were announced during the school awards and achievement assembly, with the winners presented with a certificate by partner Tom Lacey.
Oscar Cutler won first prize and Henry Busse and Rocco Fattouki finished as runners up.
Clare Weston, marketing manager at Nunn Hayward said: “All the children that we presented awards to were over the moon that their designs had won. This year we had so many fantastic entries, it was so difficult for us to judge.”
