Carol singers are mu­sic to shop­pers’ ears

Choirs bring cheer to town cen­tre as they en­ter­tain fam­i­lies on the fi­nal week­end be­fore Christ­mas with melo­di­ous per­for­mances in per­fect har­mony

Two groups of singers took to the streets on Satur­day to help bring some Christ­mas cheer to the high street.

Che­sham’s United Re­formed Church Choir sang on the church’s steps in The Broad­way and col­lected do­na­tions for the char­ity, Shel­ter.

Mean­while, mem­bers of Amer­sham A Cap­pella were on the op­po­site side of town, in Mar­ket Square, singing a range of fes­tive tunes and carols while wear­ing Christ­mas hats.

fam­i­lies it helps through the CAP Debt Cen­tre
