Hav­ing beaten a fel­low pro­mo­tion­chaser, Chiltern take on a dif­fer­ent chal­lenge this week­end when they host rel­e­ga­tion-threat­ened Har­row, but Wil­liams ex­pects it to tough.

He said: “There’s a risk of com­pla­cency, but we know Har­row’s strengths, and we know they need to win games to stay in this league.

“We also knew CS needed to beat us to stay in con­tention, so it was a tough ex­am­i­na­tion and we con­ducted our­selves re­ally well.

“There was a will­ing­ness to make a tackle and then get back up, and that at­ti­tude was miss­ing last sea­son, and per­haps in the first part of this sea­son. I was dis­ap­pointed we didn’t cre­ate enough to get a bonus point, but over­all it was re­ally pleas­ing.”

As well as six penal­ties and two con­ver­sions from Fluker, there were tries from Jor­dan Scott and Sam Port­land.
