Another fine mess

Buckinghamshire Advertiser - - NEWS -

FAMILIES kicked-off the new year by getting messy at a monthly church event.

This year’s first Messy Church at Emmanuel Church, in Broad Street, Chesham, started off the year in style, with the usual fun, laughter, noise and mess.

It was a time for families to enjoy time together, for children to enjoy messy activities and crafts and for parents and carers to have the chance to chat.

There was loads to do, from making dough animals and peppermint cream stars and moons, to creating sea pictures with crepe paper and painting night skies

The afternoon concluded with prayers and a cottage pie.

The next Messy Church at Emmanuel will take place on Saturday, February 20 from 4pm to 5.30pm. The event is free and everyone is welcome.
