Popped in to deliver message on safety

Buckinghamshire Advertiser - - SCHOOLS NEWS -

X-FACTOR performers and R&B and pop duo Misunderstood visited Thorpe House School in Gerrards Cross on Friday (February 3).

The duo – known as Stephan and Jeffrey – gave a talk to the seniors about staying safe online, and used a mixture of humour, singing, dancing and back flips to get their message across.

Audience participation was at a high as the event culminated with a dance off between students as the pop stars talked about their experiences online and being bullied at school.

Sarah Melvin, PR and marketing for the school, said: “The boys really enjoyed the session and perhaps it was because a pop act was giving them cyber tips, but they really engaged in what was being said.”

Misunderstood graduated from The BRIT School of Performing Arts in London and have had appearances on the X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, and have opened for MOBO Award Winner Chipmunk and Grammy winners Boyz II Men.
