Agency starts property advertising on Facebook
IN THE third quarter of 2015, it was calculated that more than 20% of the world’s population had an active Facebook account – approximately 1.55 billion users. In the UK, this percentage is far higher, with more than half the UK population being regular users of social media. As a result of these figures, in January 2016, Hilton King & Locke decided to integrate a property search facility into their Facebook page. This facility has proved extremely popular – users are not only able to browse properties for sale and to let while on Facebook, but also share property pages with their friends and family, who in turn share pages and as a result greatly increase the reach of the advertising for their properties.
Since Hilton King & Locke opened their doors in 2001, directors Mark Prieg, Leigh Gridley and Jann Prieg have always been keen to embrace new ideas and make sure their company stands out from the rest.
Mark said:“Choosing the right estate agent can be one of the most important decisions you will make and we want to make sure we offer a marketing package that stands out from our competition.
“In addition, it has always been our focus to provide an exceptional service and exceed the expectations of clients. We understand that buying, selling, renting or letting a home can be a stressful time but by offering a personal yet innovative service, moving home need not be such a challenging experience.
“We have been careful to select a first class team that has enabled the company to significantly grow in the last 15 years and we guarantee that all the staff you deal with at Hilton King & Locke, some of whom are pictured here, will have the same hunger for providing outstanding customer service and a real desire to sell or let your property for the best possible price.”
