Pupils get scoot­ing

CHE­SHAM pupils scooted 10 miles around their school for char­ity.

Her­itage House School pupils worked to­gether dur­ing the week lead­ing up to Fri­day, March 18 to scoot 10 miles around their school cor­ri­dors and play­grounds.

Other sport­ing events in­cluded an in­ter depart­ment curl­ing com­pe­ti­tion en­joyed by all pupils. The school, in Cameron Road, Che­sham, eas­ily ex­ceeded its tar­get of 10 miles and all pupils joined to­gether to cel­e­brate in an as­sem­bly and Sport Re­lief café on Fri­day af­ter­noon.

As­sis­tant head teacher Julie Gold­ing-Clarke said: “The school wishes to thank all those who con­trib­uted so gen­er­ously in sup­port­ing this event.”
