The annual event allowing the public to visit gardens that are not generally open is about to begin. The first opening is at The Old Workhouse in Marlow on May 11. Scannappeal director Lisa Trivett said: “This year’s gardens are larger and have great history or other added interest, for example, The Old Workhouse. The atmosphere there is very curious, and the two cottage gardens extraordinarily beautiful.

“Later in the summer, we are offering an exclusive opportunity to buy tickets (in advance only) to visit Wotten Underwood and visit the incredible gardens of former Prime Minister Tony Blair and his wife Cherie.”
