TOWN HAS A FIFTH B IN ITS BONNET
A NEW exhibition has opened at Chesham Museum.
The exhibition, entitled Chesham’s Bricks – The Fifth B, opened at the museum in Market Square on Saturday.
The exhibition was officially opened at a private event on Friday evening by Jim Matthews, from HG Matthews in Bellingdon, which has been making bricks since 1923. Chesham is well-known for its four Bs – boots, beer, brushes and Baptists.
However, Chesham Museum believes bricks is also an important part of Chesham’s heritage.
The exhibition runs until June 4.
