Lahore Tigers give a knockout performance

Man of the match Saad Abdual Raqeeb scored 13 runs and took two wickets.
And so it was down to Lahore and Big Bite to decide the group, and the Tigers avenged their frustration at missing out on the league title to the Chesham side by smashing 122 runs past them.
Man of the match Nauman Aslam bagged 84 of them, as well as taking two wickets, while Big Bite’s reply came up a woeful 84 runs short, sealing Lahore’s place in the final.
Over in Group B, which contained a number of second teams, Big Bite 2s also took a hammering, going down by 112 runs to Kashmiri Panthers, as man of the match Ahsan Maqbool notched 12 runs and two wickets.
Big Bite 2s were also beaten by Lahore Tigers 2s, 30 runs separating the sides, with man of the match Asim Ditta bagging five runs and three wickets, meaning the group winners and second finalists would be decided by the final game.
There, Kashmiri won a high-scoring game by 23 runs, man of the match Dr Rauhan setting the pulses racing with his 25 runs.
And so the stage was set for Zeshaan Butt, whose 17 runs and two wickets helped decide a one-sided final in favour of Lahore Tigers,s, who thrashed Kashmirii Panthers by 94 runs to take thee trophy.
