YOUNG­STERS have helped a new Co-op food store to open its doors in Iver.

The new shop, in the vil­lage High Street, was of­fi­cially opened by chil­dren from the Premier Nurs­ery on Thurs­day, April 14.

The store is aim­ing to be­come in­volved in com­mu­nity ac­tiv­i­ties, in­clud­ing fundrais­ing ini­tia­tives and part­ner­ing up with char­i­ties.

Stacey Riches, man­ager of the new store, said: “We are thrilled to have made such a sig­nif­i­cant in­vest­ment in Iver and de­lighted that we have a fan­tas­tic new food store with which to serve the com­mu­nity – it is an ex­cit­ing time for the whole team.”
