Veteran Walker joins fellow Harriers in marathon run
while Mike Turney (3.04.22), Nathan Taylor (3.05.30) and Mairead O’Rourke (3.09.53) were not far behind.
Hywel Thomas clocked 3.16.04 despite injury, while another personal best was earned by Tom Powell (3.19.38). Following them in were Veronica Pearce (4.34.55), Tim Gray (4.56.38) and new club member Warren Tarney (4.09.44).
Three Harriers ladies also made the prestigious top 100 for their age categories – Barbara Ralph, coming 29th position in the 60-64 (4.01.27), Rebecca Nkoane 30th in the 40-44 (3.06.41) and Kate Loach 75th in the 50-54 (3.35.26).
