Ro­tary cel­e­brates the poster pupils

MISBOURNE Matins Ro­tary Club held a pre­sen­ta­tion evening at the Ger­rards Cross Me­mo­rial Cen­tre to cel­e­brate another suc­cess­ful ju­nior IT poster com­pe­ti­tion.

Win­ners and run­ners up in years three, four, five and six were all given book to­kens and cer­tifi­cates, and the win­ning school in each year re­ceived £100 at the well at­tended Fri­day April 22.

The theme for this year’s com­pe­ti­tion was to pub­li­cise the 2016 Olympics and Par­a­lympics in Rio de Janeiro and 10 schools sub­mit­ted a to­tal of 1,004 en­tries.
