BP Collins lawyers celebrate promotion to senior associate
FOUR lawyers at BP Collins in Gerrards Cross are celebrating after being promoted to senior associate.
Vicky Johnson, Lucy Fisher, Mike Wragg and Chris Brazier took up their roles earlier this month.
Ms Johnson, who lives locally, joined in 2015 and specialises in trusts, inheritance tax planning and estate administration as well as managing wills, powers of attorney and probate for her clients and is dual qualified in Scots Law.
She is joined as a senior associate in the private client team by Ms Fisher, who previously worked for a local firm.
In addition to wills and lasting powers of attorney work, Ms Fisher also undertakes Court of Protection work.
From the property team, Mr Wragg, who joined in 2014, is also promoted to senior associate and specialises in residential property including freehold and leasehold work, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.
Mr Brazier has a wealth of experience in employment matters and is commended for his ‘practical and commercial advice’ by clients.
He also has a particular focus on advising corporate clients on business immigration issues, with a particular focus on obtaining sponsorship licences.
Senior partner Chris Hardy said: “All four are assets to the firm, very client focused and dedicated. These promotions underpin our commitment to clients and the future growth of the firm.’
