BP Collins lawyers cel­e­brate pro­mo­tion to se­nior as­so­ci­ate

FOUR lawyers at BP Collins in Ger­rards Cross are cel­e­brat­ing af­ter be­ing pro­moted to se­nior as­so­ci­ate.

Vicky John­son, Lucy Fisher, Mike Wragg and Chris Bra­zier took up their roles ear­lier this month.

Ms John­son, who lives lo­cally, joined in 2015 and spe­cialises in trusts, in­her­i­tance tax plan­ning and estate ad­min­is­tra­tion as well as man­ag­ing wills, pow­ers of at­tor­ney and pro­bate for her clients and is dual qual­i­fied in Scots Law.

She is joined as a se­nior as­so­ci­ate in the pri­vate client team by Ms Fisher, who pre­vi­ously worked for a lo­cal firm.

In ad­di­tion to wills and last­ing pow­ers of at­tor­ney work, Ms Fisher also un­der­takes Court of Pro­tec­tion work.

From the prop­erty team, Mr Wragg, who joined in 2014, is also pro­moted to se­nior as­so­ci­ate and spe­cialises in res­i­den­tial prop­erty in­clud­ing free­hold and lease­hold work, re-mort­gages and trans­fer of eq­uity.

Mr Bra­zier has a wealth of ex­pe­ri­ence in em­ploy­ment mat­ters and is com­mended for his ‘prac­ti­cal and com­mer­cial ad­vice’ by clients.

He also has a par­tic­u­lar fo­cus on ad­vis­ing cor­po­rate clients on busi­ness im­mi­gra­tion is­sues, with a par­tic­u­lar fo­cus on ob­tain­ing spon­sor­ship li­cences.

Se­nior part­ner Chris Hardy said: “All four are as­sets to the firm, very client fo­cused and ded­i­cated. These pro­mo­tions un­der­pin our com­mit­ment to clients and the fu­ture growth of the firm.’
