Two men charged with robbery
TWO MEN have been charged with robbery and remanded in custody after a vehicle was stolen in Iver.
Martin Cawley, 18, of High Street, Sutton Benger, Chippenham, and 20-year-old Patrick Power, of Linsdon Close, Wembley, were arrested on Monday May 16 and charged with robbery and other offences on Wednesday May 18.
The robbery charge is in connection with an incident in Wellesley Avenue, Iver, which happened at around 1.45pm on May 12.
Cawley is also charged with six counts of burglary in connection with incidents outside of the Thames Valley area, including four offences in Hertfordshire.
Patrick is charged with four counts of burglary in connection with incidents in Hertfordshire.
The pair are also jointly charged with going equipped to steal.
Both men appeared before Hatfield Remand Court on Thursday May 19 where they were remanded in custody.
They will appear before St Albans Crown Court on June 16.
