ST MARY’S AND ALL SAINTS CHURCH, BEA­CONS­FIELD

MORE than 300 peo­ple gath­ered at St Mary’s and All Saints Church, Bea­cons­field, to mark the Queen’s birthday.

Staff at the church would like to thank ev­ery­one for at­tend­ing the Ser­vice of Cel­e­bra­tion and Thanks­giv­ing to make it such a mem­o­rable oc­ca­sion.

Among the con­gre­ga­tion was the Mayor, Pa­trick Ho­gan, and his wife, Jac­qui, and rep­re­sen­ta­tives from lo­cal groups who en­joyed mu­sic from the church choir. A re­cep­tion was held af­ter­wards in the Fitzwilliams Cen­tre.

The church is cur­rently host­ing win­dow dis­plays mark­ing each decade of the Queen’s life, pro­vided by the Bea­cons­field WI, Bea­cons­field NADFAS, fourth Bea­cons­field Scout Group, the Junior Church and var­i­ous church house-groups and in­di­vid­u­als.

Th­ese dis­plays are open to the pub­lic un­til Satur­day June 18.
