Water great way to send an important message
SCHOOL children have been campaigning in the community to raise awareness about water wastage.
Year four pupils at Thomas Harding School, in Fullers Hill, Chesham, have been busy working on a Go Givers – Make a Difference Challenge, where pupils have been working hard to make a difference in their community to raise awareness about water wastage. The year four classes chose thee topic and have completed many activities such surveys in school and analysing data, creating posters and leaflets and campaigning in the town centre.
Last Thursday the class held a whole school assembly to raise awareness on the topic.
Some of the pupils children will be picked to go to a Go Givers conference at a later date and present the class’ journey to a board of assessors.
