CHAL­FONT St Giles Parish Coun­cil would like to cre­ate her­itage trail to high­light the his­tor­i­cal peo­ple and places as­so­ci­ated with the parish. We feel this would cre­ate an in­ter­est­ing and stim­u­lat­ing fo­cus to our beau­ti­ful vil­lage and help to bring vis­i­tors to the area.

As part of the re­search into the project we would ask any­one with a knowl­edge of lo­cal his­tory, his­tor­i­cal pho­to­graphs or doc­u­ments to come for­ward to meet up with other his­to­ri­ans to dis­cuss the project.
