Chesham facing a Cross tie in Bucks Cup semi-final
CHESHAM Bowls Club men have made it through to the Bucks Cup semi-finals, where they will face Gerrards Cross on August 7.
They won their quarter-final against Aylesbury Town 66-57 thanks to rink wins for Peter Horton, John Holland and Alan Cohn (19-10), and Howard Cave, Ray Keen and Keith Patrick (2115).
Chris Fillery, David Coles and Chris Harvey were held 10-10, while Matthew Barton, Brian Wright and Nathan Harvey lost 22-16, but Chesham did enough to progress.

Fay Green, Sylvia Warrington, Terri Keen and Lin Wright won their rink 19-10, but top scorers, with a 34-9 rink victory, were Donna Harvey, Pam Hooper, June Holland and Sue Springell.
