BBC broad­caster to speak to epilepsy So­ci­ety about new book

A BBC ra­dio pro­ducer will be visit­ing Chal­font St Peter at the end of the month.

Colin Grant will dis­cuss his new book A smell of burn­ing: the story of epilepsy at the Epilepsy So­ci­ety, Chal­font St Peter, on Au­gust 23 from 12.301.30pm. The talk is free and is open to mem­bers of the pub­lic.

Mr Grant, whose brother died of Sud­den Un­ex­pected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP), will be in­ter­viewed by The New States­man jour­nal­ist Erica Wag­ner.

He will then in­ter­view Erica who was di­ag­nosed with epilepsy dur­ing ado­les­cence.
