Firm in­vests in academy for es­tate agency ex­cel­lence

MULTI-AWARD win­ning es­tate agency Gibbs Gille­spie has shown its com­mit­ment to its clients and staff by in­vest­ing more than £100,000 in an in-house train­ing academy.

The com­pany, which cel­e­brates its 25th an­niver­sary this year and has an of­fice in Pack­horse Road, Ger­rards Cross, and nine other of­fices across Mid­dle­sex, Hert­ford­shire, Buck­ing­hamshire and in cen­tral Lon­don, opened the doors of its new cen­tre of es­tate agency ex­cel­lence last month.

The academy sits above the agency’s High Street Uxbridge of­fice and along­side its new Let­tings Man­age­ment Cen­tre and has al­ready proved pop­u­lar.

Co-founder Paul Gille­spie said: “We are al­ways striv­ing to im­prove and build on our rep­u­ta­tion as the area’s most cred­i­ble, trusted and ex­pe­ri­enced es­tate agents and this in­vest­ment in train­ing and fa­cil­i­ties is just one part of that.

“The academy is an ex­ten­sion of this and shows our to­tal com­mit­ment to client care and en­sur­ing our team are the best trained es­tate agents in the busi­ness.”

The train­ing academy in­cludes the lat­est in­ter­ac­tive dig­i­tal equip­ment. The list of cour­ses is be­ing reg­u­larly added to and cur­rently in­cludes sales ne­go­ti­a­tion, cus­tomer ser­vice ex­cel­lence, us­ing tech­nol­ogy to serve clients bet­ter and many more to fol­low over the com­ing months.
