Firm invests in academy for estate agency excellence
MULTI-AWARD winning estate agency Gibbs Gillespie has shown its commitment to its clients and staff by investing more than £100,000 in an in-house training academy.
The company, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and has an office in Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross, and nine other offices across Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and in central London, opened the doors of its new centre of estate agency excellence last month.
The academy sits above the agency’s High Street Uxbridge office and alongside its new Lettings Management Centre and has already proved popular.
Co-founder Paul Gillespie said: “We are always striving to improve and build on our reputation as the area’s most credible, trusted and experienced estate agents and this investment in training and facilities is just one part of that.
“The academy is an extension of this and shows our total commitment to client care and ensuring our team are the best trained estate agents in the business.”
Fellow co-founder James Gibbs said: “We’ve always believed that training and educating our team is the best investment we can make in the business. This keeps the very high standard of service we give to our clients at the forefront of our team’s minds.”
The training academy includes the latest interactive digital equipment. The list of courses is being regularly added to and currently includes sales negotiation, customer service excellence, using technology to serve clients better and many more to follow over the coming months.
