CHE­SHAM com­pany Au­berge du Cho­co­lat has con­tin­ued its win­ning ways by earn­ing three Great Taste Awards tak­ing its to­tal up to 41 Golds.

The choco­late & ice cream maker, Au­berge du Cho­co­lat won another three Great Taste Golds in this year’s com­pe­ti­tion.

It was dou­ble gold for 100% Or­ganic Mada­gas­can choco­late bar that is su­gar free, dairy free and glu­ton free and gold for both salty caramel filled choco­late bar and Spey­side whisky choco­late.

All are hand­made at Cho­co­lat Au­berge on Chess Busi­ness Park, where peo­ple are wel­come to visit, taste and buy. It is open Tues­day to Fri­day, 9am-5pm.

Au­berge man­ag­ing di­rec­tor Anne Scott said: “We are ex­tremely pleased to con­tinue our win­ning record and are par­tic­u­larly happy our 100% Or­ganic Mada­gas­can Bar won dou­ble gold as its ex­tremely dif­fi­cult to pro­duce such a great tast­ing 100% bar.”

Au­berge du Cho­co­lat is an ar­ti­san fam­ily busi­ness with a pas­sion for choco­late, ice cream and fudge, es­tab­lished in 2005 by Anne and Ian Scott, in Ger­rards Cross, Buck­ing­hamshire. Since 2010 pro­duc­tion has been at Cho­co­lat Au­berge in Che­sham.
