VA­LERIE BAYLY JONES The Fawsett Trust THE Fawsett Trust is a small char­i­ta­ble trust that dis­trib­utes its in­come to el­derly, longterm res­i­dents of Chal­font St Giles, dur­ing De­cem­ber each year.

The in­come is div­i­dend in­come, which in re­cent years has been sup­ple­mented by do­na­tions from lo­cal or­gan­i­sa­tions, such as the Chal­font St Giles County Show, The Nar­cot Lane Play Group, the parish church and also in­di­vid­ual donors.

Ap­pli­ca­tion Forms to the Fawsett Trust are now avail­able from the Co-op, Warn­ers Butcher and the Mini-mart in Three­house­holds.

To qual­ify ap­pli­cants must: Be aged 65 or over.

Have lived in the vil­lage for at least 20 years.

Be on a lim­ited in­come.
