Buckinghamshire Advertiser - - BUCKS PROPERTY -

STATE agents from Buckinghamshire and west London attended a seminar hosted by Trinity Mirror last week at its Watford office and printing works, where more than 100 regional titles are printed along with the

and other national newspapers.

The event was the first of four to which agents from Bucks, Ealing, Uxbridge, Staines and Hounslow were invited to meet the Trinity Mirror advertising and digital teams and hear about new offerings in terms of online support, social media management, Google Ad Words and print marketing.

Managing director of Trinity Mirror Southern Simon Edgley spoke, as did digital manager for the south, Natalie Toulson. The presentation was preceded by coffee and a light breakfast and afterwards guests enjoyed lunch and a tour of the historic printing presses.

Neil Peters, head of advertising for West London and Buckinghamshire said: “The atmosphere was very relaxed and informative and it was great to have the

Niral and Urvi Batavia from Bairstow Eves Amersham & Chesham; Gareth Ashington from Ashington Page Beaconsfield, Steven Spencer from Strutt & Parker Gerrards Cross, Simon Edgley, managing director Trinity Mirror Southern, and Gary Smith and Gurbhej Gill from Five Star and Guaranteed Let Hounslow (London) at Trinity Mirror’s printing works in Watford.

ESTATE AGENTS’ SEMINAR: chance to re-engage with estate agents who attended.

“We understand where we can be of most help to estate agents. We now have many new platforms, online and in print, to provide agents with the greatest exposure. We can also help them manage their social media and ensure they come top of quality search lists and grab the attention of prospective clients.”

Niral Batavia of Bairstow Eves Amersham and Chesham, who attended with his wife Urvi, said they both thought the day was fantastic.“It was very informative and thoroughly enjoyable. Natalie’s presentation really opened our eyes to everything that is now available digitally and it was extremely useful to learn about all the new product offerings.

“It was a real bonus to see the printing press. I used to drive past there twice a day and wonder why the buildings were so big – the presses and all the automation were very impressive, said Niral.“It was a really good day – so thanks to all the team.

“More seminars are planned on January 25 and February 23, so we would urge estate agents not to miss out on the opportunity to optimise their online and print marketing,” added Neil.
