Work­ing party at Meades Wa­ter

THERE is a Che­sham En­vi­ron­men­tal Group Work

Party on Sun­day July 16 at Meades Wa­ter Gar­dens and Duck Al­ley.

The in­ten­tion is to cut back some of the ex­cess veg­e­ta­tion, in­clud­ing net­tles, along the river bank.

The party will also be lit­ter pick­ing there and in the sur­round­ing area.

Helpers are ad­vised to wear gloves and ap­pro­pri­ate cloth­ing.

Lit­ter picks and black bags will be pro­vided, but peo­ple may want to bring their own tools.

The party will meet at 10am at the in­for­ma­tion board in Meades Wa­ter Gar­dens.
