Get your skates on for Epilepsy Society fun day
GET money for Epilepsy Society, which supports people with epilepsy through information, their dedicated helpline and groundbreaking research.
There will be lots more to indulge in on the day including delicious hot and cold treats, Christmas craft stalls and plenty of games and fun for all the family.
Chief executive at Epilepsy Society Clare Pelham said: “We are really excited about opening our doors to our friends and neighbours to share in a real festival of family fun.
‘This is the first time we will have created a winter wonderland on site for all the people who live here to enjoy alongside people from the surrounding area. It’s all about having fun and we really hope everyone will come along and just enjoy.
“All the proceeds from the day will go to supporting people from across the UK who live with the unpredictability of seizures. Our researchers in Chalfont St Peter are working tirelessly to understand the genetic cause of epilepsy and hopefully find better treatments.
“What better way to support them than with an ice rink and a festive Santa dash. I can’t wait.”
