Three men stabbed after new year party at night­club

18-year-old charged with three counts of gre­vi­ous bod­ily harm

A MAN has been charged with three counts of griev­ous bod­ily harm fol­low­ing an in­ci­dent out­side Winker’s Night Club, Chal­font St Peter.

Louie Sabba, aged 18, of Fair­way Av­enue, West Dray­ton, Hilling­don was charged with three counts on Tues­day. He ap­peared at High Wy­combe Mag­is­trates’ Court the same day and was re­manded in cus­tody to ap­pear at Aylesbury Crown Court on Tues­day Jan­uary 30.

The charges are in con­nec­tion with an in­ci­dent in which three men were stabbed at around 3am on New Year’s Day out­side Winker’s Night­club, Chal­font St Peter.

Two of the vic­tims re­main in hos­pi­tal at this time, their in­juries are not-life threat­en­ing. The third vic­tim was dis­charged from hos­pi­tal fol­low­ing treat­ment.

A 17-year-old boy from Hilling­don, who was ar­rested on sus­pi­cion of GBH has been re­leased un­der in­ves­ti­ga­tion and a 22-year-old man from Che­sham who was ar­rest- ed on sus­pi­cion of af­fray and pos­ses­sion of an of­fen­sive weapons has been re­leased un­der in­ves­ti­ga­tion.

Thames Val­ley Po­lice have also charged a boy with at­tempted wound­ing and af­fray fol­low­ing an in­ci­dent in Che­sham.

The teenage boy has been charged in con­nec­tion with an al­ter­ca­tion which took place in Water­side at around 3.30pm on Tues­day Jan­uary 2 dur­ing which a man re­ceived a mi­nor in­jury from a knife wound.

The boy, aged 15, of Pheas­ant Rise, Che­sham, was charged yes­ter­day on Jan­uary 3 with one count of Sec­tion 18 wound­ing with in­tent, threat­en­ing a per­son with a blade and af­fray.

He was ar­rested in con­nec­tion with the of­fences on Tues­day Jan­uary 2.

The boy had been re­manded to ap­pear at High Wy­combe Youth Court on Jan­uary 5. The court was yet to con­form the out­come of the hear­ing as the Advertiser/Ex­am­iner went to press.
