FA­MOUS tem­ples and Ro­man mo­saics will be the sub­ject of a new talk in Bur­ton.

The Work­ers’ Ed­u­ca­tional Association’s Some­thing Dif­fer­ent talk will wel­come local speaker Peter Fitz­patrick who will de­liver an il­lus­trated talk on Si­cily: Cross­roads of the Mediter­ranean.

The au­di­ence will be given an in­sight into the fa­mous tem­ples, fab­u­lous Ro­man mo­saics, their de­light­ful food and not for­get­ting the miles of orange and lemon groves, said a spokesman.

The talk will take place be­tween 2.15pm and 3.45pm on Wed­nes­day, Oc­to­ber 3, at Sup­port Stafford­shire, The Vol­un­tary Ser­vices Cen­tre, in
