Discover the story of Sicily’s famous Roman temples

FAMOUS temples and Roman mosaics will be the subject of a new talk in Burton.

The Workers’ Educational Association’s Something Different talk will welcome local speaker Peter Fitzpatrick who will deliver an illustrated talk on Sicily: Crossroads of the Mediterranean.

The audience will be given an insight into the famous temples, fabulous Roman mosaics, their delightful food and not forgetting the miles of orange and lemon groves, said a spokesman.

The talk will take place between 2.15pm and 3.45pm on Wednesday, October 3, at Support Staffordshire, The Voluntary Services Centre, in
