Tindall poised to fill Howe vacancy
Jason Tindall is the leading candidate for the Bournemouth job following Eddie Howe’s departure.
The 42-year-old, who worked with Howe for 11 years as his assistant, has been caretaker manager this week and is set to land the job on a permanent basis.
Howe’s second spell at the Vitality Stadium came to an end at the weekend when he left by mutual consent. He had worked with Tindall since 2009 and they briefly worked together at Burnley between the two periods on the south coast.
Chief executive Neill Blake, technical director Richard Hughes and owner Maxim Demin have been discussing the right manager to get the club back into the Premier League following relegation and Tindall offers continuity from Howe’s reign.
