Ad­min­is­tra­tors eye course for Intu’s exit

Ad­min­is­tra­tors to bust shop­ping cen­tre owner Intu have set out exit strate­gies from ad­min­is­tra­tion, in­clud­ing a com­pany vol­un­tary ar­range­ment re­struc­tur­ing, or a cred­i­tors’ vol­un­tary liq­ui­da­tion. KPMG was called in af­ter the owner of Manch­ester’s Traf­ford Cen­tre and col­lapsed un­der its £4.5bn debts in June. KPMG is also propos­ing pay­ments to cer­tain cred­i­tors.
