Shoe Zone bosses raise their stakes in the firm

The chief ex­ec­u­tive and chair­man of Shoe Zone in­creased their stakes in the com­pany as it an­nounced the exit of a non-ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor. Jeremy Shar­man has stepped down as deputy chair­man af­ter nine years. The Shar­man Fam­ily Pen­sion fund sold its en­tire hold­ing to the in­vest­ment ve­hi­cles of chief ex­ec­u­tive An­thony Smith and chair­man Charles Smith at 61p a share.
