Bri­tish Air­ways par­ent faces in­vestor pay re­volt

IAG, owner of Bri­tish Air­ways, is fac­ing an in­vestor re­volt next week over pay awards to its top ex­ec­u­tives. A num­ber of ma­jor share­hold­ers are to vote against the com­pany’s re­mu­ner­a­tion re­port at its an­nual gen­eral meet­ing on Mon­day, Sky News re­ported, af­ter a de­ci­sion to award out­go­ing boss Wil­lie Walsh an £883,000 bonus for last year.
