Mod­ern game is just not cricket

It is now ev­i­dent by watch­ing cricket on TV that the term “It’s not cricket” for un­sport­ing be­hav­iour aptly de­scribes the mod­ern game. No longer the po­lite “How’s that?”, but the bats­man sur­rounded by play­ers, or should it be yobs, roar­ing, punch­ing the air or arms flail­ing like manic wind­mills!
