CHOIR: Age Well Nefyn choir. New members are very welcome to join the choir. Male singers especially needed, so do come and have a go we meet every Wednesday at 1.30pm-3.30pm. DROP-IN MINDFULNESS SESSIONS: Lunchtime drop-in mindfulness practice sessions open to all, from complete beginners to people who wish to keep their practice topped up. Ideal for anyone who wishes to get a taste of mindfulness. Held at the Doctor’s surgery (Ty Doctor), Nefyn, every 2 weeks on a Tuesday from 1-2pm. It is fine to come for the first half hour only. FLU CLINIC: A flu clinic for patients registered at the Nefyn practice or Meddygfa Aelhaearn, Llanaelhaearn, will be held at Ty Doctor, Nefyn on September 29 between 9am and 3pm. If you are over 65 years old, or under 65 but suffer from a chronic illness, pregnant, or if you are a main carer, you are entitled to a free flu vaccination.
